For the best use of our PARIS RHÔNE Kitchen Appliance Temperature Controlled Kettles, we recommend choosing milk with more than 3% fat content for a better frothing effect. Take the milk out of the refrigerator before starting to froth, and ensure that the milk temperature is around 4°C to 6°C. The kettles have two max lines in the cup: the lower max line is for frothing, and the higher max line is for heating the milk.

Our milk frother and steamer offers 4 different modes - dense hot milk foam, airy hot milk foam, cold milk foam, and hot milk to allow you to customize your favorite drinks. The milk steamer has a generous capacity of 300ml for hot milk and 150ml for frothed milk, so you can make sufficient foam or hot milk at once, eliminating the need for frequent refills.
